At Teel Plastics, we ensure new production workers have the knowledge and support needed to thrive by easing them into their roles. During the first week, new employees receive classroom and test environment training with our master trainers, using specialized machinery to safely learn key mechanical processes. They cover topics such as safety requirements, quality measurements, interpreting work orders, and Teel’s online systems. Afterward, new hires work with on-the-job trainers and have weekly check-ins with supervisors for the first month, transitioning to bi-weekly check-ins for the remainder of their first three months.
